Staffing Model and Profile

At Imperial Junior School, we seek individuals passionate about teamwork and aligned with our mission. Ideal candidates are eager to grow, open to feedback, and dedicated to continuous improvement. We value enthusiasm, perseverance, optimism, social skills, and flexibility, alongside a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.

Teachers should be subject experts, committed to delivering high-quality education, and making learning enjoyable through both theory and practical lessons.

Non-teaching staff play essential roles in supporting the school’s success.

Our school structure starts with lower primary (P1 to P3) and expands yearly to include upper primary (P4 to P7). Teachers focus on core subjects, teaching three 90-minute classes daily, while arts and elective teachers instruct across all grades.

Detailed Staffing Plan

Initial Year (Lower Primary):

  • 3 Lower Primary Teachers (P1 to P3)
  • 1 Arts/Electives Teacher
  • 1 Guidance Counselor
  • 1 School Operations Manager
  • 1 Director of Operations
  • 1 Assistant Principal
  • 1 Principal
  • Total: 9 staff members

Subsequent Years:

  • Add 2 Upper Primary Teachers per subject (Math, English, Science, Social Studies) as needed for new grades.
  • Add 1 more Arts/Electives Teacher.
  • Increase support and administrative staff based on student numbers and needs.

Expansion Plan: As the school grows each year, we will add more teachers and support staff to meet the needs of the new grade levels. This will ensure that we have enough staff to maintain high educational and operational standards.

Professional Development: We will have regular training sessions to keep all staff up-to-date with the latest teaching methods, technology skills, and leadership practices. Collaboration and peer feedback will be encouraged to build a supportive and dynamic professional community.
